Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree for an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
- Current or eligible for pharmacy licensure in the state of California
- Current California pharmacy intern license by residency start date
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Application Requirements
- Completed PHORCAS application
- Curriculum vitae
- Letter of intent
- Three letters of recommendation (minimum one from a clinical rotation)
- Official pharmacy school transcripts
All items must be received in PHORCAS by the program deadline.
