HR Appointment

Pre-employment HR Appointment

Following clearance of your background check, we will be in touch with you to schedule the date, time and location of this appointment. The Human Resources appointment is facilitated in a group setting and typically lasts 30 minutes.

You will have a photo taken for your Kaweah Health badge. As such, please dress in professional attire (i.e., scrub uniforms, business attire, no blue jeans or sandals). With the exception of the face and neck, visible tattoos are acceptable only if images or words are non-offensive. Visible body piercings are not allowed (except for a pin-size nose adornment), and ear expanders must be plugged with a flesh-colored gauge.

What to Bring:

  1. I-9 documentation establishing your identity and authorization to work in the United States. (Please refer to the attached I-9 form below for a list of acceptable documents)
  2. Social Security cardfor payroll and tax purposes. Must be original, copies not accepted. If you have lost or misplaced your social security card you can refer to the Social Security Administration website at ssa.gov/ssnumber/ for instructions on acquiring a replacement card.
  3. Any license or certification required for your job.
  4. Bring a voided check or a direct deposit form from your bank if you choose to sign-up for direct deposit of your payroll check.
