Assigned Required Education Modules

All departments have required education modules to be completed during on-site orientation. As a convenience you can complete the assigned education modules, which can take 2-3 hours, prior to the on-site orientation by clicking HERE. Login instructions have been provided on your welcome email and Board letter. If not completed prior to EMR training, you will need to set aside additional time on this day.


On-Site Orientation

EMR Training & Hospital Tour: Call (559) 624-2358 to schedule your EMR training and hospital tour (optional), which is offered on Monday and Wednesday. You will need to allow 3 hours for this training.

ID Badge & Parking Permit (if applicable): When you arrive for your EMR training, arrive at the Mineral King side of the hospital. For this day only, you may utilize valet parking, free of charge. Enter the lobby and ask the information desk to call the Medical Staff Services Office at ext. 2358. One of our friendly staff members will meet you in the lobby and escort you to our office where you will receive your parking permit (if applicable) and ID badge.

New Physician Orientation Session: Kaweah Health physician orientation starts at 7:00am and lasts about an hour and a half. New physicians are sent an email invitation to the next available session following their start date. In physician orientation, leadership presents a brief introduction to Kaweah Health services, our Behavioral Standards of Performance, patient experience, and Medical Staff governance.
