Qualifications

Graduate of an ACPE- accredited pharmacy program
Successful completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency program
Current or eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of California

Three letters of recommendation, including one from PGY1 residency program director or preceptor
