VISALIA – Registration is now open at KaweahHealth.org/5K for the Stayin’ Alive Cardiac 5K Run/Walk presented by Kaweah Health on Saturday, Feb. 18, in Visalia. Anyone who registers before Friday, Jan. 20, will be entered into an opportunity drawing for one of three Kick Starter Memberships at Kaweah Health Lifestyle Fitness Center.
Set during American Heart Month, this fun, disco-themed 5K run and walk will increase the heart rates and health of participants when it starts at 8 a.m. on Feb. 18 at Visalia Sports Park, 3611 N. After the race, participants can check on their heart health with free health screenings from the only hospital in the Central Valley to make Healthgrades’ America’s 50 Best Hospital for Cardiac Surgery™ for 6 Years in a Row (2018-2023).
