Kaweah Health is continually growing to serve the Tulare County region. We will be opening Kaweah Health Medical Clinic Akers in April 2026 to offer convenient primary care and pediatric services for your entire family.
Annual checkups for adults
Routine medical care can help you stay well and catch potential issues early. For adults, an annual physical exam may include the following:

Routine care for kids
Young children should have 7 well-child visits, or checkups, between ages 1 and 4 to make sure they’re healthy and developing normally. The recommended intervals are:
- 12 months old
- 15 months old
- 18 months old
- 24 months old
- 30 months old
- 3 years old
- 4 years old
