Qualifications

  • Graduate of an ACPE- accredited pharmacy program
  • Successful completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency program
  • Current or eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of California

Application Requirements

  • Completed PhORCAS application
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Letter of intent
  • Three letters of recommendation, including one from PGY1 residency program director or preceptor
  • Official college transcript (pharmacy school only)
