Thank you for choosing Kaweah Health as your Infusion Center of choice. Infusion therapy can feel overwhelming but our goal is to make your experience as comfortable, safe, and reassuring as possible. From the moment your provider's referral arrives until you walk out after treatment, you are in excellent and compassionate care.

Getting Started

You will need a referral from your provider to receive services from our Infusion Center. You may also request from your provider to be referred to Kaweah Health's Infusion Center.

Our dedicated team works directly with your provider to complete the referral process. Once we receive all the required forms and authorization, we will reach out directly to you to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. When we schedule your appointment, we will also go over any pre-treatment instructions and answer any questions you may have.

What to Expect During Your Infusion

When you arrive at our infusion center, you can expect quality and compassionate care from our team. As a Kaweah Health Infusion Center patient, you will have access to:

• Comfortable recliner chairs, soft pillows, and warm blankets
• A privacy curtain screen
• Local network television
• Text/Call appointment reminders & confirmation

You'll be supported by a team experienced in caring for whatever condition has brought you here. Our goal is to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. We'll check in with you regularly and once you're ready to go, we will review next steps and any follow-up you may need.

Insurance & Referrals

We accept most major insurance plans. Please note that your provider’s office and our team work together to gather the referral, treatment order and authorization required to begin. We’ll notify you when everything is in place. If you have questions about your referral status, we encourage you to first contact your provider’s office to ensure the referral has been submitted.
