Meet Dianne Cox

With four decades of healthcare human resources experience, Dianne Cox, Chief Human Resources Officer, brings a wealth of expertise to Kaweah Health's executive team. Since joining in April 2015, she has championed employee growth and career development while overseeing Human Resources, Organizational Development, Kaweah Kids, and Food and Nutrition Services.

Dianne's career began at Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, where she spent a decade learning the healthcare landscape. Her passion for helping others flourish led her through leadership roles at Corona Regional Medical Center and a 15-year tenure at Redlands Community Hospital before finding her home at Kaweah Health.

Originally from Missouri and Oklahoma, Dianne moved to Fresno as a teenager and has called California home ever since. When she's not building career pathways for employees, you'll find her in the garden, on the golf course, or traveling with her husband, Steve, and their three children and three grandsons.

After 50 years of consistently working, Dianne is preparing for her next adventure. With retirement planned for 2026, she's excited to spend more time with family.



“The most inspiring part of my job is helping people enter the workforce, grow in their careers, and feel valued for who they are and what they do,” Dianne said. “I was given great opportunities along my way, and this is how I give back.”
