About this event
The Prepared Childbirth class is designed to help expecting parents feel confident and ready for labor, delivery, and early newborn care. This class covers the stages of labor, pain management options, breathing and relaxation techniques, and what to expect during your hospital stay. Participants will also learn about postpartum recovery and basic newborn care to support a smooth transition home.
