This class is designed for new parents and those who support them. It will provide participants with information on the benefits and how to successfully establish breastfeeding. Content will include breastfeeding positions, how to establish a good milk supply, proper latching techniques, how to tell whether your baby is getting enough to eat and how and when to pump and store breastmilk.
