How to update contact information in HR Online - Download PDF

As part of our COVID-19 response, we are expanding use of one of our communication platforms to enable all employees and medical staff to participate. This will allow us to send brief but important messages to your cell phone as a text message.

To accomplish this, you must enter your cell phone number into HR Online. Instructions are available on this page for updating your personal information into HR Online. Complete Steps 1 and 2, and then Step 5 pertains to your cell phone number. Feel free to update all your information while you are there. For Step 1, you can also go to the KD Central website and click on the KD HR Online link on the left side under Tools.

Please enter your cell phone number into HR Online as soon as possible so you may begin receiving all messages sent out via
this method.
