Our Med-Surg units have a nurse to patient ratio of 1 to 4 or 1 to 5 depending on the patient condition.

Unit Specific Description

This 34-bed Med-Surg unit cares for a variety of patients, specializing in cardiac diseases such as chest pain, heart failure, myocardial infarctions, cardiac arrhythmias, and pacemaker insertions. RN’s gain expert knowledge and assessment of the cardiac system, are NIH Stroke Scale Certified and will obtain their ACLS certification.
